How do I book/ What happens next?

Okay so you are ready to book, what do you do now/ How does it work?

This is a really basic run through of where we go from here.

1. Contact Laura

  • Email/ Call/ Txt/ Message Laura and confirm that she is available for your wedding date. I only book 1 wedding per day so once I am booked I am no longer available to any other couple.
  • Confirm your location and time of the ceremony if you know and what package you are after.

2. Once Confirmed

  • So I am available! YAY!!! I will send you an invoice for your package and you have 14 days to make the deposit. A non-refundable booking fee of $250 is required for all bookings and is payable within 14 days after the booking is confirmed/ invoice is issued.
  • We also arrange a day and time to catch up/ meet so we can go over some important documents and start the legal forms.

3. First Meeting

  • Let's get to know each other! I want to know how everything is going with the planning and see if I can help with anything.
  • I will bring along a welcome back and all the legal paperwork to talk through.
  • If you are ready to get started on the forms I will send you a little list of what supporting documentation/ ID you will need to do so and I ask that you bring that along and we complete most of the paperwork then and there.
  • We will talk about your ceremony and what you want within it and I will give you heaps of ideas!
  • After the meeting I will send you a link to a heap of resources I have developed to help you and I develop and create that perfect ceremony.
